Leslie Perez -Bennie has been practicing since 2007 and is admitted to the bar of the State of New York and the United States District Courts, Eastern and Southern Districts.
Throughout her career, Leslie has concentrated in complex real estate litigation and civil appeals. She is well-versed in rent stabilization, commercial and residential landlord – tenant disputes, constructive trust, partition, and title disputes.
Leslie is an accomplished appellate advocate, having prepared numerous appeals and argued before the Appellate Division and the Appellate Term. She also routinely appears before the State Supreme Court and the Civil Courts of the City of New York.
Leslie is a native New Yorker. She has a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
